Mele- RE - In the Future.

 Today for RE i pretend to be in the future the year was 2121, We have cool , food, chairs,tables and technology to. I completed an activity that was about the future and what are the same but are cooler. My other kind of activity was about what god wanted for me in the future and the future. I think God wanted us to be loving and caring towards each other and stranger and i think God wanted me to be a person who believes in myself and is confident of what she thinks. Today for RE i completed an activity about the Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Mele - RE- Feast of Saint Pius

Today for RE i did an Screencastify about  the Feast of Saint Pius X. TWP Whanau celebrated and did an liturgy about the Feast of Saint Pius and we wrote poems as well. We didn't just write normal poems we did Acrostic,Rhyming and more. I also added the slides from the liturgy.

 Today for R.E My panter and i Kalia did research about the Assumption about Mary. We study about the important event that happened in her life and more!. This activity is about research about Mary, i had fun doing this and my panter did to.   Here is my activity.

Mele - The Feast of the Figuration

Today for RE TWp 4 went to mass to celebrate the Feast day of the Figuration. The Feast day of the Figuration  means that in a religious text, it is an experience of a moment of power. The transfiguration of jesus means that Jesus becomes an gorly on top of Mount Calvary. Here is my activity 

 

Mele - RE - Ascension and Pentecost.

 Today for RE  Yr 6 Student read Ascension (Acts 1: 6-11) and Pentecost (Acts 2:1-13). I read booth of these Scripture Reading and learnt more stuff, about Pentecost and the Ascension.I answered some questions about the Pentecost and Ascension.

Mele - Religious Education - Life Among the Believers

 Today for Religious Education, I read Acts 2:43-47   and i completed two activities. One of those activities were to carefully and find key words about the Early Church life. After that i wrote a paragraph about what they did in the early church and what i read in  Acts 2:43-47. The other activity i did was create a Storyboard. A storyboard is like drawing but you can do it on technology, i did an storyboard about the believers of jesus  praying at the temple together and breaking bread together in their houses.

Mele - My Understanding about Ascension

 This week I have been learning about Jesu Ascension and what Ascension is. I have done an activity about what Ascension is. Here is my Activity  

Mele - Column A & B - Pentecost

Today in RE, TWP are working  on Jesus' Ascension and what we known about it . We had an activity to match columns, there were sentences that we had to match in column a and combined it with column b. We also had to create a storyboard of the main things that we had in the columns. Here is my activity!

1. Jesus entered Jerusalem on a donkey, 50 days before Ascension Day.   

2. On Thursday of the week that followed Palm Sunday, Jesus had his last meal with his Apostle.

3. The day after his last supper Jesus was put to death on  a cross on Carvely Hill. 4. Jesus  laid in the tomb for 3 days and then God raised him up.

5. After his resurrection Jesus showed himself to his friends and some of them that didn't recognize him.

6. He spent time with his apostle and told them that he was going to return to his Father.

7. 50 days after Palm Sunday Jesus was taken by God to share his glory in heaven.

8. Because Jesus entered heaven in glory he made it possible for his followers to do the same.
