Today i have done an activity of what i can see in my happy place and what i can see is bugs. What can you see in you happy place. Here is mine.
I can see small animals such as bugs, frogs, snakes, lizards, chipmunks, or squirrels. There may be foxes, raccoons, or porcupines as well. Look up in the trees, and you may see birds or bats. Tropical forests have monkeys in the trees, too. I can see in my meditation place are caves, trees, grass, the moon, the sky, rain, smells, creatures who are nice, dumpsters, abandoned campsites, fish, the river, leaves, sticks, logs, tree stumps, berries, sounds. might find deer, bears, or wolves. Some forests even have elephants or tigers. I can see my family at the campsite . I can see my sister eating Roasted marshmallows with chocolate and graham crackers.
I am a year 6 at St. Pius X Catholic School in Auckland, New Zealand. I am in the Te Wairua Pakiki Learning Space. My teachers are Ms Nees-Kairua and Mrs Tui.

My Meditation Place
Today i have learnt in my happy place that what i can feel, and i
have used my senses. Here is mine.
have used my senses. Here is mine.
I can feel in my happy place the tree brach’s flowing through my
hands, I can feel the Tui on my arm and sing. I can feel the grass
and the mud that is making my feet tickle and it is making me feel
the air that is making me warm inside and outside. I can feel the
water slapping on me and the creatures touch me and they are so
soft I can feel the scales on their backs and I can feel the leaves
from the flowers and trees. I can feel the breeze of the cold wind and
when it's cold it turns to the wramess wind I've ever seen and I can
feel the mud on my feet because I went to this path and it was so
muddy that I went in and got dirty and I love it that I didn't with my
brothers. It was the best day.

My Meditation Place
In my mindfulness place I can hear bird’s talking in their language and laugh at each other, and animals talking and being happy together. My happy place is a forest. I can hear animals that are with their family there like their brother, sisters Mum and Dad. I can hear people loving nature, and having nice and peaceful conversations about these animals like how they look and live and where they came from. I hear a Tui that is singing his song like tweet tweet to all his friends and his friends are loving it, they are joining it just very nice to hear. I can hear a never by river and that the water is slapping together and the people that are singing to the birds., I can hear the birds and the other animals eating their dinner. I can hear my dad snoring in his sleep. I can hear an owl flying into the tree’s. I can hear that fire crackling and heating me and keeping me nice and toasty. I can hear me waking up to the beautiful and lush sun that is very bright and joyful. I can hear the car because we are going to go back home. I can hear cow mooing and the sheep playing with each other. I can hear that we had stopped. I can see my home sweet home. This Is My Happy Place. Thank you for reading . By Mele.
