 Today for Reading i completed an  Current Event  and this Article was about an country called Haiti and they got struck by and earthquake. I answered some question and did an activity about truth and false  and i had to answered with truth and false but there were alot of truth.  Today for Reading my class and I did some research about Japan and the Paralympics. We discussed the concept for the Paralympics and one that stood out to me was Inclusion,it stood out to me because it mean to include everyone even if they have a broken leg,arm or anything it means to include everyone it doesn't really matter who you are or what you look like.  Today for Reading we did another Current events. This current event is about this small country  near the equator. In this  News Article I read that the main  group of people is a group  of  researchers from American University The key event from the news article is how the researchers find or look for butterflies with see through wings. This  event took place in South America ,Mexico or Columbia. This amazing event happened on the 1st of July.

This news article is about a group of researchers that works at a University in America that was reseahering butterflies and Moths. They wanted to see  what made wings and wanted to  see if there was something invisible.

 This Morning what we did for reading was our Current Events. Our Current event is about Looking over Media  with an open eye but critical eye.Twp 4 has been learning about Eusocial Plants and this Island called "Lord Howe Island", you can go there you know it is a small island in Between Australia and New Zealand. The main group of people are a group  researchers that works at a New Zealand university. The main event was the Eusocial plants. Eusocial means a animal species, especially if it is a insect. This event took place in between Australia and New Zealand in the Tasman Sea.  This event happened on the 17th of June. This Article is about a researcher  who works at a New Zealand university. They  visited  Lord Howe Island, the island mostly covered with  trees and bushes. When the researchers were doing some fieldwork a researcher caught an animal its name was called a Staghorn Fern, the Staghorn Fern grows in parts of Australia and indonesia.  

Here are some new words i learnt too.

Mele- Who Invented Fried Chicken - Wonderopolis

Today I did another Wonderopolis about how fried Chicken was Made and who made the first repcie. I learnt something new today. I found out that Hannah Glasse was the first person to make a recipe for fried chicken i was so Amazed when i found out. Here is a video and Artical link.Video.Article. Mele - Book Review.

 This week I have been Reading this book called "Act", this book is about this girl Olive and she was so excited about this trip. But then she found out that the school was keeping people back from the trip so she decided  to Act, and started running to be president. I did this activity about my book and what i like about, and i hope you are going to like this and one you might even get a chance to read about it to.

The main group in this article” Iceland Effusive Eruption” written by New Academic are the people of Iceland,the key event in this article was a volcano that has not been activated over 800 years eruption on the 19th of March. The article that I read took place in Iceland, Iceland in the northern hemis and there are 330,000 people that live there. This happened at 8:55 19th of March 2021.
