 This week for Inquiry my classmates Ofa and Sione and i  did some research  about the Ancient,Modern and 2021 Olympics Games and learned some new facts  long the way.  We all did an venn diagram and we had prats to fill our information about that Olympics. Here is my Activity

Mele - Holiday Recount Writing.

 This Week i have been working on my recount for the holidays. I wrote a recount on what i did in the holidays but there were many things i did but i went with the movies  my family and i went to watch the new fast and furious 9.I really like the new movie because there were a lot of cars and fighting, i hope you like my recount.

Here is my Writing.

In the holidays on the 23rd of July my family and I went to the movie theater in Sylvia Park to watch the new Fast and Furious 9. When we arrived at Sylvia Park it was a sunny day and we were all excited to watch the new Fast and Furious 9. We had to walk a long way to go up the escalator. When we went up it was so cool because there were a lot of movies that were playing. 

The first thing we did was go to the arcade. When we all went to the arcade, we were so delighted because there were a lot  of games and prizes to play and win. My cousin Paula went to the arcade and we won lollies. After that we played games with each other and we had the most fun ever. Finally we went and sat down and we talked about what we were getting from the snack area  and we all paired up and got one popcorn each and went to go get our drinks too. After that we went and paid for our tickets and entered the cinema.   

When we all entered the cinema, we didn’t know that we got front row seats. We sat down and when that movie started playing the screen was so gigantic. My favorite part of the movie was when Dom (the main character) was being attacked by a group of bad people and his brother who is John Cena who played Jacob, and then Dom found out that he was the leader of the very bad people and there was this bridge and Dom and his team was supposed to go over it. But then it broke and then Jacob with his  fast and bule car went over the cliff and then this plane came and then picked him up with strong magnets.

After that brillant movie we exited the cinema and we went and waited for my brother Sateki and my cousin Thomas because they went and wasted another movie. Finally they came back and we went home happy.

Mele - Maths - Fraction Pre Test.

Today for Maths Te Wairua Pakiki 4 (TWP 4) and I did an Fraction Pre test. A Fraction Pre test is have this test put our mide to how much we know about fractions, i think that i did good but i don't know whether it is correct or wrong. I really like fractions,the questions were pretty easy and some were hard but that didn't stop me from doing it. 

My answers i think we're correct, the writing was with so i colored it white because that my answer and then it was black writing and then i colored the black writing white because that was my answer. Do you like Fractions??

Mele - Religious Education - Characteristics that made the Early Christian.

Today for RE, I did an activity about  Characteristics that made the Early Christian.The three sentences that stood out to me is going to be at the end of the activity.This activity is about matching the sentences together so we can get a full sentence, i really learned a lot for this activity. I hope that you can learn something to. Here is my Activity.

Sentences - The early Christians were Jews living in Jerusalem who wanted to get rid of Jesus’ followers.

- Many of the early Christians were the first martyrs who gave their lives as followers of Jesus.

- The first Christians sold their possessions and shared the proceeds with the community.

Mele - Wonderopolis - What Is a Homonym?

 For Reading today i did a Wonderopolis the Wonderpilos i did today was "What is a Homonym". I watched this Video about Homonyms and what i learned is that an Homonym is two words that is that same sound but different writing. Mele - Religious Education (RE) - Early Church.

 Today for  Religious Education (RE), TWP 4 did an recherch about the Early Church and some ideas of how it looked like.This activity  was just some questions  these questions said"Write down some ideas of how the early life was like". So i did and i wrote some ideas of what the early church did and looked. After those ideas it said to think of questions for the early Church so i did that, and i think my questions were so good.  Do you know anything about the Early Church??
